Well, Jacob's surgery went pretty well. He had a hell of a time coming out of it, he coughed and fought and cried for quite awhile. BUT, this time he did not puke at all so that was pretty huge. We were able to get him calmed down and the rest of the day went well. He snarfed Jell-O and popsicles like a champ all day and took a nice long nap. We are home now and I'm so happy to be sleeping in my own bed tonight. :)
